Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, issue passes, and maintain access records.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow escalation/reporting procedures.
• Conduct patrols of entrances, restricted areas, parking, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Document observations and actions taken per site procedures.
