Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions per site procedures.
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports in a timely manner.
