Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by Allied Universal.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facility buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions, and direct individuals to appropriate locations.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership.
