Job summary

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and guests by carrying out access control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, maintain visitor records, and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property and report observations.
• Maintain clear activity reports and communicate observations to leadership.
