Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience required.
• A valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors following site policies and access-control requirements.
• Monitor and control facility access by verifying credentials and visitor documentation.
• Maintain accurate access-control logs and report discrepancies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly per protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned access points and perimeter areas.
