Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Shreveport, LA. You will provide security, maintain a visible presence, and support clients across chemical/petrochemical locations.

Position emphasizes flexible scheduling, customer service, and adherence to company policies. A valid driver’s license and prior security or law enforcement experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required per Allied Universal policy.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Subject to background investigation as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, enforce site policies, and assist with emergency responses.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access by verifying authorized personnel and vehicles.
• Document activities, incidents, and patrol findings in reports.
