Qualifications

• Guard Card/License preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain access logs, and direct authorized individuals to designated locations.
• Control vehicle and pedestrian access at gates and facility entrances following procedures for deliveries, contractors, and restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify site contacts and leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, grounds, perimeter, parking areas, and access points to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
