Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and authorized personnel movement per site requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and unusual activity, and communicate information to appropriate personnel.
