Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer for Badge Operations in Carson City, NV. You will monitor access points, conduct patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, while delivering professional customer service.

The role offers full-time hours, a competitive pay rate of $22.98 per hour, and a schedule from Tuesday to Friday 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
