Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Badge Issuance in Carson City, NV. As a part-time officer, you will manage badge processes, monitor access, patrol the site, and deliver excellent customer service to clients in Tech/Media/Telecom environments.

Pay rate is $22.98 per hour with a daytime to early evening schedule; prior guard card/license and badge experience are preferred. This role emphasizes reliability, integrity, and teamwork in a community-focused security team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the location and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and authorized personnel movement.
• Document observations and incidents and communicate information to appropriate personnel.
