Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles.
• Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures.
• Monitor cameras and alarms; respond to disturbances and inquiries.
• Patrol perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify safety risks.
• Warn violators of infractions (loitering, prohibited items).
• Respond to distress calls and emergencies; contact first responders.
