Job summary

Allied Universal in Daggett, CA is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver to protect clients across utility sites. You will drive patrols, provide customer service, and report security concerns while maintaining a visible presence.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, at least one year in security, and the ability to work a schedule including weekends. Training and opportunities for career growth are available through our enterprise program.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required per Allied Universal policy.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may vary by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel on site.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, following emergency procedures and notifying leadership.
• Prepare accurate activity reports and patrol logs for site contacts and leadership.
