Qualifications

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background check per federal/state/local laws.
Drug screen as required by law.
Licensing requirements may be required.
Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access control procedures and site-specific policies.
Monitor and control entry and exit points by verifying credentials and directing authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
Screen incoming and outgoing vehicles, deliveries, and personnel and report irregularities to site leadership.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
