Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per laws.
• Criminal histories considered per laws.
• Drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records.
• Monitor access to the building lobby and other entry points, communicate with building personnel, and deter unauthorized access.
• Answer phones, direct inquiries, provide general building information, and coordinate with property management and emergency responders as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, document activities, and escalate concerns according to site procedures.
