Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Greet and screen visitors, verify access, issue visitor credentials and maintain records.
• Monitor access points, lobby activity, cameras and alarms; report concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents following site protocols and escalation procedures.
• Assist with reception duties: directing visitors, answering phones, deliveries, and coordinating with building management.
