Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening will be conducted as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state regulations.
• Driver license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by following security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and observe activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Document patrols and incidents through timely reports.
