Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff while following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular unmarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized access, maintenance concerns, or suspicious activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document actions taken.
• Complete detailed activity and incident reports and shift communications as required.
