Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Patrol Reporting in Everett, WA. This role offers flexible, anchored shifts with opportunities to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $25.10 per hour with a fixed shift and an option to claim extra shifts through the scheduling platform. The position is suitable for individuals seeking part-time employment with income stability and potential progression to a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical-related emergencies and requests for assistance.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facility areas, parking locations, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
