Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Background check and drug screen required by law and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and utility customers.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities and grounds.
• Monitor access for visitors and contractors and maintain records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly environment at utility operations.
