Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility including entry points and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity to site contacts or supervision.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and promptly.
