Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while following site procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor/contractor authorization.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols to identify and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate contacts and responders.
• Prepare clear reports and logs for incidents and patrol observations.
