Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by enforcing site procedures and access-control policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and follow reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the location to identify unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials to support authorized entry to sensitive areas.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate observations to site leadership.
