Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required per Allied Universal policy
• Access control/badge experience preferred
• Alarm panel experience preferred
• Comfortable using computers or tablets
• Customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response as needed
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly, escalating per site procedures
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, trailer yards, and perimeter
• Monitor vehicle, visitor, and contractor access and document relevant activity
• Complete required reports, logs, and shift communications professionally
