Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service at access-control points for clients, employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization, issue credentials and logs.
• Respond calmly to incidents and notify site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Observe and report unusual conditions or damaged access-control equipment.
