Job summary

Allied Universal in Topton, PA, is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Entry Point Operations to provide reliable, flexible security coverage at a manufacturing site. The role offers anchor shifts with an option to pick up additional shifts and grow toward full-time hours, with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of security experience, a valid driver’s license, and comfort using a computer or tablet.

• 1 year of security-related experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required (as per AU Driver Policy).
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access-control policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, processing authorized visitors, maintaining visitor logs, and directing individuals to appropriate areas.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized access, unusual activity, and facility concerns.
• Complete accurate reports and documentation for visitor activity, incidents, access-control issues, and daily operations in accordance with Allied Universal and client procedures.
