Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by Allied Universal.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff according to site policies.
• Respond to incidents and tenant concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and document patrol findings and incidents.
• Direct visitors and support building operations as needed.
