Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security experience or a college degree.
Minimum 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
Armed Guard Card or license required.
Valid driver’s license required per driver policy.
CPR certification preferred.
Must be 21+ years old for armed roles.
Background check and drug screen as per law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution while following procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
Conduct regular armed patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access to restricted areas and verify visitor credentials.
Complete daily activity and incident reports in accordance with site procedures and laws.
