Qualifications

• Experience with access control systems and badge management (B201) is required.
• Provide customer service at a logistics/distribution location following site policies.
• Be reliable with fixed shifts and the ability to pick up extra shifts when available.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, trailer yards, loading docks, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials, directing authorized personnel, and documenting arrivals and departures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per procedures and notify site contacts.
• Prepare clear reports on patrols, incidents, and security activities for supervision.
