Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and document activity per community procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of residential areas and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and access-control records with professional communication.
