Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Dispatch Call Intake in Dallas, TX. This role offers flexible, reliable hours with anchor shifts and the opportunity to earn more by picking up additional shifts through the scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $18.57 per hour. The position supports part‑time schedules with a fixed site assignment and potential to scale to up to 40 hours per week when needed.

Qualifications

• Possess at least two years of security‑related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors by carrying out site‑specific procedures and dispatch‑related protocols at a technology infrastructure location.
• Receive, prioritize, document, and dispatch security‑related calls, service requests, alarms, and incidents to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Monitor communications systems, access activity, cameras, alarms, and/or other site systems; escalation unusual conditions according to established procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, coordinating communications with onsite personnel and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, dispatch records, and shift handoff information in accordance with site‑specific policies.
