Qualifications

• Experience with access control systems, badge management, and badge issuance/tracking.
• Hands-on experience with alarm panels, monitoring, and responding to alarms.
• Proficiency using computers or tablets and navigating software applications.
• CPR certification required prior to start date.
• Customer service background with strong communication is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors per site procedures.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch routine and emergency calls for service.
• Monitor security systems, alarms, and communications; document activity and escalate as needed.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate notifications and support.
• Maintain dispatch logs and shift reports; support patrols of facility and perimeter.
