Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen are required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following security procedures and location policies.
• Monitor radios, telephones, alarms, cameras, and other systems to coordinate calls and dispatch personnel.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate timely follow-up with staff and leadership.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, sharing updates as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols and note unusual activity or hazards around the location.
