Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Part Time Dispatch Command Driver in Sparks, NV. You will coordinate security communications, monitor information, dispatch personnel, and maintain situational awareness on a utilities site.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds may be required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check as per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screening as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities at a utilities location.
• Monitor communications systems, receive calls, document incidents, and dispatch appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and escalate information as needed.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, dispatch records, and incident reports with timely updates to site personnel.
• Support access-control and visitor-management processes to deter unauthorized activity.
