Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, and perimeters.
• Monitor and report unusual activity and potential hazards to site contacts and leadership.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other site documentation accurately and timely.
