Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Credential Auditor in Boise, ID for a part-time role. You will manage access control, verify credentials, issue badges, and monitor entry points at an industrial location while delivering welcoming customer service.

The position requires a guard card/license, CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, and 18+ (21+ for armed roles) with a high school diploma. A background check and drug screening are required where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees by following access-control procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify authorization and credentials, maintain logs, and control access to restricted areas.
• Respond to access-related incidents and alarms calmly, following site procedures and notifying personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and access points to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document observations and incidents, and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.
