This full-time role requires 18+ (21+ for armed positions) and a high school diploma; a background check and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing may be required; driver’s license required only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused location following access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, issue passes, and maintain access records.
• Respond to alarms and security incidents in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Communicate observations and issues to leadership and client contacts per site procedures.
