Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer for badge processing in Ladson, SC. You will screen individuals, monitor access points, and report incidents while providing excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

The position supports a flexible evening schedule with a pay rate of $16.33 per hour, and requires a high school diploma and basic computer use. Background checks and a drug screen are part of the employment process.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet and handling security procedures.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred and helpful for interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.
• Screen individuals, packages, and/or other items entering or leaving the distribution location.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents and document observations for reporting purposes.
• Conduct regular patrols around the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
