Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out access control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points; verify credentials and visitor authorizations; issue passes; maintain access logs.
• Screen personnel, vendors, and drivers per site procedures and escalate concerns as needed.
• Respond calmly to incidents following reporting procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeters; adapt to different site conditions.
