Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 30+ college credits; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum three years basketball experience including coaching at various levels.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certifications required.
• Experience with recruiting and student-athlete retention.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in development, fundraising and sponsorship efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach with organizing practices and competitions.
• Support scheduling, equipment, and program logistics.
• Contribute to student-athlete academic success.
• Attend practices and games as assigned by the Head Coach.
• Adhere to NJCAA policies and college procedures.
