Job summary

Leap is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates to join our Von Dutch boutique during the peak season. You will create memorable shopping experiences, engage customers with authentic brand storytelling, and support a fast-paced team environment.

As a brand ambassador, you’ll learn product details, share the Von Dutch heritage, and help guests find the perfect items. Flexibility for weekends and events is essential, with compensation ranging from $16–$18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and authentic connections.
• Strong communication skills to engage a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
• Team-oriented with flexibility to support seasonal priorities and peak times.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
