Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently optimize product placement, maintain inventory, and support store teams across assigned retail locations. You’ll engage with store staff, manage displays, and participate in seasonal resets and installations.

Expect hourly pay of $17–$19 with paid training and voluntary benefits for part-time staff. The role requires flexibility for weekends and holiday periods, plus travel between stores as needed.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• You can grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a handheld device.
• Holiday support: manage seasonal demand with additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Department resets: participate in installations, remodeling, and relocation of card sections, often with two weeks' notice.
• One Team Vision: work within Hallmark's field network to support other merchandisers across territories.
