Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a Merchandiser Floater to work independently across partner stores, optimizing product placement and inventory while serving as the face of Hallmark. You’ll build retailer relationships and coordinate with local store teams to execute resets and seasonal installations.

The role is part-time with a variable schedule, averaging 10–20 hours per week. Evening/weekend availability around holidays is required, with paid training and access to voluntary benefits for part-time

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and internet is required.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to stores.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory in assigned stores.
• Engage with store staff and customers to maintain attractive displays.
• Support seasonal resets, installations, and inventory tasks across locations.
