Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site‑specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Screen individuals entering designated healthcare areas according to established access and screening protocols.
• Monitor entry points and report prohibited items, unusual activity, access concerns, and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following site procedures and contacting emergency resources as directed.
• Maintain accurate screening‑related logs and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal supervision and site representatives.
