Job summary

Beacon Mobility in Wilbraham, MA is seeking a School Van Monitor to help students board, ride, and arrive safely. You will assist with entering/exiting the vehicle, secure belts and car seats, and maintain a positive, safe environment while drivers focus on driving.

You will work 20-25 hours per week on a split schedule (morning and afternoon). The role requires 18+ and a background check; full training provided, including classroom and on-the-job instruction, with benefits and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• Ability to pass a background check (CORI/SORI) and drug screen.
• Effective communication in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Safely assist students entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Ensure proper use of lap and shoulder belts and car seats/booster seats.
• Monitor student behavior and report safety concerns to management.
