Job summary

Beacon Mobility is seeking a Part-Time School Van Driver in North Reading, MA to transport students safely to and from school and events. Training is provided, with no prior experience required.

You will drive assigned routes, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain a clean vehicle, and communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff while following all relevant traffic laws and district policies.

Qualifications

• School Pupil Transport (7D) Certificate (or willingness to obtain — we train!)
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, & 7D physical
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
