First Student is seeking a Part Time School Van Driver to help transport students safely each day.

No prior bus experience is required; we offer paid CDL training and start at $18.26/hour with a guaranteed 20 hours per week.

The role features a split shift (before/after school) with possible extra hours on trips and charters; you must be 21+, hold a valid driver’s license for 3+ years, and be proficient in English.

Qualifications

• No prior bus experience required; CDL training provided.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license for 3+ years.
• English proficiency required; DOT safety and training communications in English.

Responsibilities

• Split shift with early morning before-school pickup and after-school drop-off.
• Guaranteed 4-hour daily shift; no nights or weekends unless you choose.
• Additional hours may be available through trips and charters.
