First Student is hiring a part-time School Bus Driver in Mapaville, MO. You will start the day with before-school pickup and finish with an afternoon drop-off, with a guaranteed 4-hour shift per school day.

No experience is required as training is provided, and there are opportunities for extra hours on trips and charters. In addition to the starting wage of $22.50/hour, there are bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage plus a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• No experience required; CDL training provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive students to and from school following assigned routes.
• Ensure student safety and follow all DOT and company policies.
• Maintain accurate bus logs and communicate schedule changes to dispatch.
