FIRST STUDENT MANAGEMENT LLC is hiring part-time School Van Drivers in Verona, WI. The role features a starting hourly rate of $22.00, with a sign-on bonus of $3,000, and offers flexible split AM/PM routes.

You will help transport students safely and provide excellent service to families and schools. No experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided to help you become a safe and professional First Student school van driver.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with parents, school staff and dispatch.
• Must maintain order on the vehicle and ensure student safety.
• 21+ years old and valid driver's license.
• Ability to assist with seating and mobility aids as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding/unloading and assist with seatbelts.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report issues promptly and maintain a clean, sanitary vehicle.
• Follow traffic laws and safety standards and communicate delays.
