Job summary

First Student is hiring a part-time School Van Driver in Green Bay, WI. You will start students’ days with morning pickup and transport them home after school, with potential hours for field trips and events.

Training is provided, no experience necessary, and a sign-on bonus is offered. You will supervise boarding, handle safety equipment, and maintain the vehicle while staying compliant with all regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Part-time schedule with summers off and flexible shifts.
• Enjoy working with students and families.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading at stops and assist with seatbelts.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report mechanical issues promptly and keep the vehicle clean.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety standards.
• Communicate with parents, school staff, and dispatch as needed.
