Stellar Therapy Services in Decatur, TN is seeking a motivated and compassionate School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our therapy team. You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders for students within the school setting, collaborating with educators, families, and related professionals to support academic and social success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active SLP license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain before start date).
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates welcome!
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct therapy services, consultation, and classroom support as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations.
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations.
